What to bring


Due to all the extensive physical activities involved in this trip you want to make sure that you have comfortable and appropriate clothing at all times.  Please note that there will be no formal events other than what you chose to do during leisure time; therefore, suits and ties, dresses, high hills are not something that you need to worry about.

Footwear

  • A good solid pair of hiking shoes

  • Tennis shoes

  • Dress shoes (optional)

  • Several thick comfortable socks

  • Pair of sandals

 Pants

  • Several pair of jeans – or other comfortable pants

  • One pair of dress pants

  • Shorts

  • Swim suit

 Upper body

  • T-Shirts (several)

  • One dress shirt

  • Sweaters

  • Rain jacket

 Other Accessories

  • Sun screen (lots)

  • Mosquito repellent 25 % DEET minimum (lots)

  • Lip moisturizer (lots)

  • Tooth paste – tooth brush

  • Contact lenses solution and extra pairs of lenses

 Medication – Prescription

  • At least a 50 day supply on all medications when you fly in.

  • All vaccinations need to be up to date must include Yellow Fever, Malaria Prophylaxis, Tetanus, and Typhoid. Hep A and B.

  • You may also ask your physician for high altitude discomfort.
