Welcome to CGS 1570--Microcomputer Applications! Recommended prerequisite: OST 1100 or keyboarding experience. This course is intended for students with no previous experience in information systems. It orients students to computer operating systems, DOS and Windows, word processing software, spreadsheet software, database software, and business graphics software to solve common problems in computerized workplace.
