Erica Thomas is a double winner in this year’s contest. Her poem “Paper Cranes” was selected as the first-place poetry winner, and her short story “The Cure for Writer’s Block” was selected as one of three winners in the short fiction category. Erica is currently a student at FCCJ and lives in Jacksonville.
