American Short Story Contest…
Who?
Students
currently enrolled at FCCJ. Full Time FCCJ employees and adjuncts are not
eligible
What?
A 1,000-word minimum to 3,000-word maximum short story with
reasonable plot. No fantasy, memoir, essay or cartooning panels
All
reasonable themes
No more than
one story per entrant
How?

Processed Stories / MLA Manuscript format
Submit in
person, by mail, or as an attached MS WORD document in e-mail (all submissions
not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and returned, if possible).
