The open format of this course provides an opportunity to address various selected topics in student life skills development.1 college credit (counts as an elective)

 

Course Objective

 

This particular SLS 1931 course (4 weeks in duration) provides qualified students with concentrated instruction and course-work concerning college-level paragraph writing and sentence skills. Through the course instruction and work, students prepare for an exit paragraph and state-writing tests, the passing of which will enable students to enroll immediately in ENC 1101, the first college-level composition course.
